Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for team management, and hospitality and have at least two years’ experience supervising a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Be responsible for the running of the business as a shift leader.
-Be cross-trained at our sister site in Altrincham, California Coffee & Wine.
- Supervise staff performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the team towards success.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
West Beverly is a fast-paced and exciting cafe-restaurant-bar, open 7 days a week - SUNDAY 9:00 - 18:00 / MONDAY 9:00 - 16:00 / TUESDAY 9:00 - 16:00 / WEDNESDAY 9:00 - 16:00 / THURSDAY 9:00 - 22:00 / FRIDAY 9:00 - 23:00 / SATURDAY 9:00 - 23:00.
*Nights, weekends, and early morning availability is a must.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a casual-fine dining restaurant and be able to serve beautiful coffee and drinks to the highest standard. Attention to detail is a must.
