JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a management role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong background in team management with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Experience in cash handling and financial management within a restaurant context is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
