THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of Timberlake’s Restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this hands-on leadership role ensures that service standards are upheld with consistency and polish, team members are supported and motivated, and every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO Service & Guest Experience Lead daily service during assigned shifts, modeling proper service techniques and guest interactions. Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns during service and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and poise. Maintain a warm, polished atmosphere across the dining room, bar, and patio, ensuring that every detail reflects Timberlake’s standards. Actively observe the floor, correct small lapses in real time, and set the tone for excellence. Team Leadership & Training Supervise servers, bartenders, and hosts during shifts, reinforcing standards consistently and fairly. Support new team member onboarding and training and provide ongoing coaching to build confidence and consistency. Foster a positive, professional team culture grounded in accountability, pride in service, and hospitality. Operational Support Oversee shift readiness, opening and closing procedures, and front-of-house organization. Monitor table turns, pacing, and flow to balance guest satisfaction with operational efficiency. Support POS accuracy, cash handling, and shift reporting. Partner with management and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during regular dining, private events, and special promotions. Requirements ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ACTION At Timberlake’s, excellence lives in the details. As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll ensure consistency and polish by watching for: Tabletop precision – Salt on the right, pepper on the left, spotless flatware, aligned condiments. Glassware gleam – No fingerprints, streaks, or water spots. Chair alignment – Uniform presentation across the dining room. Menu presentation – Clean, smudge-free menus delivered with the correct greeting. Uniform standards – Team members dressed crisply and consistently. Floor presence – Noticing and correcting small details before they affect the guest experience. ABOUT YOU A hands-on leader who sets and models high standards of professionalism. Calm, solutions-oriented, and composed under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to motivate and hold others accountable. Impeccable attention to detail; you notice the small things that shape memorable guest experiences. Passionate about hospitality, team culture, and operational excellence.
