JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. SKILLS

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Solid understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Experience in interviewing and training staff members is highly desirable.
• Background in kitchen operations or barista experience is an asset.
