We’re seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who exudes energy, leadership, and grace under pressure. You’ll play a vital role in guiding daily operations, mentoring service staff, and ensuring each guest encounter is polished and memorable.
What You’ll Do

AS A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR, YOU’LL:

  • Lead and direct the dining team to deliver prompt, elegant, and attentive service
  • Act as the vital link between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless execution
  • Train and coach team members on menu knowledge, guest interactions, and service excellence
  • Uphold daily standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
  • Resolve guest concerns swiftly and thoughtfully, enhancing overall satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance and communicate feedback to management
