The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shifts, handling financial transactions, chasing pre-orders, and maintaining security as a key holder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Lead and manage restaurant shifts, ensuring efficient operations, staff coordination, and a positive guest experience.
• Cash Handling: Perform cash-up procedures at the end of shifts, reconciling cash, card payments, and receipts accurately to ensure financial accuracy.
• Pre-Order Management: Actively follow up on pre-orders, liaising with customers and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Key Holder Duties: Securely manage restaurant keys, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures and maintaining premises security.
• Staff Supervision: Oversee and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving issues during shifts.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
• Inventory and Compliance: Monitor stock levels, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to implement policies, train staff, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial reconciliation.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a restaurant setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be reliable and trustworthy as a designated key holder.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time or part-time position with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Fast-paced environment requiring standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
