We are looking to hire an experienced Supervisor able to work on their own initiative, perform well under pressure in a high-demand Restaurant. A strong work ethic is essential to take on this role, as the position requires a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage staff so that they are the best versions of themselves, to provide guests with a memorable dining experience, to maximise table turnabout of the Restaurant and to love what you do. You will be required to back up the Management Team when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a supervisor role within hospitality (Hotel of Restaurant experience preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Assist the Management Team in overseeing daily operations.
Lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Contribute creative ideas to improve service, menus, and overall business performance.
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues effectively.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance are consistently maintained.
Ensure customer safety, comfort and satisfaction.
