We seek a full time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and be part of our growing company. For more information about us, please visit; www.ericsfishandchips.com
Working 4 and half days a week, you will play an integral part of the restaurant operations. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in the overall management of the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role and in a busy restaurant or take-away
  • Customer focused, with experience mainly working in front of house positions
  • An assertive, hands on manager and able to work well under pressure
  • Hard working, punctual and willingness to get your hands dirty
  • A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
  • A passionate individual, who is looking to develop with a progressive hospitality group.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Supervise operations in the restaurant, acting as our main point of call for our customers
  • Basic food preparation, ordering and stock control
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with rosters, payroll and other admin
  • Lead a small team of front of house and back of house staff
  • Training, developing and motivating the team to success
  • Assist with all compliance checks and ensure our high food hygiene standards are maintained
