Filinvest Hotel: Quest Plus Conference Center Manila - Firehouse Pizza Position Summary The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service, and proper equipment arrangement in the outlet. This role ensures that service and operational standards are consistently met while supervising and developing team members. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations & Guest Service: Advise the Manager on all matters related to shift operations. Supervise and control service delivery to guests to ensure consistent, high-quality standards. Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring correct portions, presentation, and adherence to operational standards. Ensure compliance with all Quest Plus Conference Center policies and procedures. Stand in for any F&B team member during absences or vacations to maintain smooth operations. Develop, guide, and discipline subordinates to maintain performance and service standards. Recommend promotions and assist in implementing new food and beverage service procedures. Maintain awareness of daily operations and support subordinates while respecting communication and command lines. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests by offering warm, courteous, and professional service. Bar & Inventory Management: Manage bar operations, including costing, stock ordering, and inventory control. Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and quick resolution. Team Training & Development: Conduct daily training to ensure CORPORATE Company Standards are consistently followed. Attend departmental meetings, briefings, and other meetings as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant, hotel, or resort setting Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and customer experience Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff Good communication and interpersonal skills for both guests and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Willingness to work in Clark
