• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist with daily operations including opening/closing procedures, food prep, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and shift reports
• Support and enforce Firehouse Subs standards and culture
• Act as shift leader in absence of General Manager or Assistant Manager
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
