This is a hands-on role in a relaxed, high-quality dining environment serving seasonal dishes, light bites, afternoon tea, and a range of drinks. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while supporting and leading the team. Working Pattern Week 1: Wednesday: 08:30 – 16:30 Thursday: 10:00 – 16:30 Friday: 08:30 – 16:30 Week 2: Wednesday: 08:30 – 16:30 Thursday: 10:00 – 16:30 Friday: 08:30 – 16:30 Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday: 09:00 – 16:00 Flexible options available, including candidates who prefer weekend-only shifts.
