Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? Sea Church, a unique coastal dining experience in Ballycotton, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house team full-time.

• Manage day-to-day floor operations and staff coordination
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a warm, professional approach
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house team members
• Handle customer feedback efficiently and positively
• Support with stock control, rosters, and training
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on, proactive attitude and a genuine love for customer service
• Flexible availability, especially for evenings and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €17.00 per hour
