About the Position We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. What You’ll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations along with Restaurant Manager, including opening and closing procedures. Greet members and guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience. Address and resolve any member concern promptly and professionally. Supervise, train, and motivate front of the house staff including servers, hosts, and bussers. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Oversee inventory management and ensure storerooms are clean, organized and stocked. Requirements Skills & Experience Minimum of six (6) months of Restaurant supervisory experience within hospitality. Must have strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction. Ability to use POS technology effectively. Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Education Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
