EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
