As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will provide efficient and high-quality service, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere for all guests. Also, you will show attention to detail, will be responsible for the daily operation of the dining area and ensure that the services provided will meet and exceed guests’ expectations with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and training Ensure that all staff adhere to Grecotel's service standards and procedures Monitor guest experiences and address any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels as needed Facilitate effective communication among staff to ensure smooth service delivery Participate in creating staff schedules and maintaining a positive work environment 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail Good understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Participation in educational programs
