Job Title: Casual Restaurant Supervisor
Location: West Footscray
Type: Casual | Pay: $37.35–$74.70/hr + perks
Hours: 20–30 hrs/week

Whether it’s a family dinner, a date night, or a wild karaoke party upstairs, we aim to make every guest feel like a regular.
Right now, we’re looking for a Casual Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our small but mighty team. You’ll be a calm and capable presence on the floor, keeping things running smoothly and setting the tone for excellent service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating the floor team during busy shifts
• Taking charge of service, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the energy up
• Handling key responsibilities like opening/closing, cash-ups, stock checks
• Jumping in wherever needed – no one here is above polishing glassware or running food
• Working closely with our owner-operators to maintain a high standard and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

• An experienced restaurant/bar supervisor or senior floor member ready to step up
• Confident in fast-paced service, guest recovery, and team leadership
• A clear communicator, problem-solver, and team player
• RSA certified (non-negotiable), and available nights/weekends
• Bonus points if you’re into wine, pizza, and spinning a killer playlist
