Pearlz Oyster Bar on East Bay Street—part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group—is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor with strong Front‑of‑House experience to help drive daily excellence in one of Charleston’s most iconic seafood spots. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Supervise daily FOH operations * Support training, coaching, and team development * Maintain a positive, fast‑paced, guest‑focused culture * Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift execution * Monitor inventory and help control costs * Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns quickly * Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards * Use systems like Restaurant365, Toast, Paycor & more * Optional: Pick up serving or bartending shifts when needed or to earn additional hours WHAT YOU BRING * Experience in both FOH restaurant operations * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment * Solid understanding of food, beverage, and inventory processes * Flexibility for nights, weekends & holidays * A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience PAY RANGE $20–$25 per hour, based on experience (With opportunities to pick up serving or bartending shifts) THE PEARLZ CULTURE Pearlz is all about fresh seafood, great drinks, and unforgettable hospitality.
