With locations situated at Sydney’s iconic Circular Quay, Castle hill, Pyrmont, Bankstown and the beautiful majestic beach of Botany Bay, we pride ourselves on creating a vibrant atmosphere where great food meets outstanding service.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our team at our newly renovated Circular Quay Restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a positive ‘can do attitude’, an outgoing friendly personality and strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate should have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ restaurant experience managing teams of 15 - 40 people
• The ability to lead, mentor and train staff
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good food and wine knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced & pressurized environment
• Strong administration and communication skills
• Knowledge of work, health and safety compliance
• A passion and love for hospitality
• A valid RSA

This is a full time position. You need to be reliable and be able to work a rotating 7 day roster which includes weekends and evenings.
YOU MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN / PERMANENT RESIDENT or HAVE A VISA THAT ALLOWS YOU TO WORK FULL TIME.
