With sweeping sea views, a busy summer season and a team full of personality, Stones Reef is all about great food, refreshing drinks and good vibes and we want someone who can bring their own flare while understanding what makes Stones Reef, Stones Reef.

What do we want from you?

  • A natural leader and people person who gets a buzz from a busy service
  • Previous experience in a bar, hospitality or restaurant environment, ideally at supervisor level for at least 2 years
  • Someone ready to take charge of the bar, leading shifts confidently and making sure everything runs smoothly
  • A hands-on leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in alongside the team
  • Someone with their own ideas, personality and flare, who wants to contribute to the continued development of Stones Reef
  • Strong organisational skills, with confidence around opening/closing, cash handling, stock management, rotas and day-to-day bar operations
  • Barista and cellar experience is essential
  • Calm and resilient under pressure, with the ability to problem solve when things get busy
  • Someone who takes genuine pride in their workplace and wants to make sure both the bar and the team are performing at their best
  • A natural coach who enjoys helping colleagues learn, develop and progress
  • Ambitious, motivated and looking for a long-term career in hospitality, rather than simply another job
  • Someone who wants to grow with us. As your responsibilities increase, so will your opportunities
