BAO City is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead smooth, joyful service and support the front of house team on shift.
This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on the floor, great with people, and ready to take the first step into a leadership position.

• Supporting the FOH team during busy shifts and acting as shift lead when needed
• Running sections and helping keep service smooth, efficient, and joyful
• Training new starters and sharing knowledge with the team
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring high standards of service and presentation
• Supporting managers with floor plans, checklists, and daily briefings
• Being a reliable and positive presence on the floor
