FILINVEST COMPANY: QPCC- LA LOCA SPANISH RESTAURANT He/She is responsible for organizing all activities within the operation with regards to f&B as well as equipment arrangement. Recommends promotions and assist in implementing new methods of food & beverage service procedures Competent in managing the entire bar operation such as costing and stock ordering Attends departmental meetings and briefings as well as other meeting of importance as required. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify the F&B / Banquet Supervisor of potential dangers Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged. Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Diploma or Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or any Management related course At least 2 years of related work experience Good communication skills Can start immediately Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
