Liberty Entertainment Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the dynamic team of one of our restaurants. In this leadership role, you will support and guide our front-of-house staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistently exceptional guest service. Full-time at $25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance
  • Organize table reservations and ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Preparing cash floats and cashing out servers and bartenders
  • Support management with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment
  • Completing any other job-related tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role in a restaurant setting
  • Strong customer service background and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights and holidays (establishment open for dinner service only)
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus
  • Must be able to work legally in Canada
