The Restaurant Supervisor at the Wharf restaurant at Madison Beach Hotel is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring luxury customer service, with a focus on managing the floor, overseeing staff training, and maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. This is a part-time position for the person that loves the fast-paced environment and the satisfaction of contributing to the guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a restaurant role
• Strong communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
