As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Front of House team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring smooth daily operations across our dining and event venues. You will work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager, providing hands-on leadership, coaching team members, and driving service excellence every shift.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting the Front of House team during service

- Ensuring guests receive warm, professional and personalised service

- Coordinating effectively between restaurant, kitchen and bar teams

- Managing service flow, presentation standards and operational efficiency

- Assisting with rostering, timesheets and daily team supervision

- Supporting inventory management, stock control and monthly stocktakes

- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism

- Training, coaching and developing team members

- Upholding high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance

- Driving sales through upselling and strong product knowledge
