Responsibilities

Our Restaurant supervisor will take pride in serving fresh food, wine, cocktails and beer with a smile. As a Restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience and the workplace culture. You will work alongside our manager to ensure all standards are met.

  • Driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  • Working closely with the restaurant manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant particularly on the managers days off
  • On-boarding new staff
  • Working closely with our head chef and the kitchen team to ensure quality
  • Ordering front of house stock from various suppliers
  • Office administration duties
  • Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
  • Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
