Mr Jones & Me is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help us deliver the high standard of service our guests know and love.If you’ve got a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re after someone who is:
✔ Experienced in hospitality & supervising shifts
✔ Passionate about great food, drinks, and service
✔ Confident leading a team in a busy restaurant
✔ Organised, reliable, and professional

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervising: 1 year (Preferred

• Supervising daily restaurant operations
• Leading and motivating front of house staff
• Ensuring excellent guest service and dining experiences
• Coordinating bookings, floor plans, and table service
• Assisting with training and development of staff
• Supporting management with opening/closing procedures
