Job Description How does your working day look like ... You ensure smooth processes, clean tables and workstations in the ward so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even when all guests arrive at the same time You work in a coordinated and structured manner in both the early and late shift You are responsible for the high standard of our food and ensure that colleagues enjoy an equally special service experience Training new employees and trainees As a trained restaurateur, you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow on the guest's face Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV ... You have management experience in a similar role and speak fluent English You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also find it easy to communicate charmingly, even when things get tricky You are passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character Additional Information Whats in it for you...
