Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, stepping in for the F&B Manager when needed. You’ll help lead the team, ensuring service excellence and that all operations align with Four Seasons standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Supervise and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with Four Seasons service standards and procedures.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and daily operational needs.
  • Foster a positive and professional team environment.
