REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a hands-on approach
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Familiarity with barista duties is a plus for establishments offering coffee services.
