As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading the team and ensuring every detail is just right. Job Description Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring top-notch service and a positive atmosphere at all times. From greeting guests to ensuring smooth service throughout, your goal is always to exceed guest expectations. You’ll train and guide your team ‘on the job,’ helping them grow and develop their skills to create a well-oiled machine. Manage daily operations, including reservations, welcoming guest, handling complaints and ensuring a smooth flow during service. You’ll be the person to rely on for all operational tasks; making sure everything’s running like clockwork. Support our Restaurant Manager and Assistant with their improvement projects Qualifications You have a natural gift for hospitality and love making people feel special. You’ve got an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture. You are passionate about managing and inspiring teams, with a positive, energetic attitude that motivates others. Whether it’s wine, beer, or gourmet dishes, you have an affinity for food and drink and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to any challenge that comes your way, all while keeping the team engaged and on track. You speak fluent English; any other language is a plus and know how to communicate effectively with both the team and guests. You get a sense of pride when every guest leaves with a smile on their face, knowing they’ve had a fantastic time.
