Sadler Wine Bar, Lounge & Restaurant are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee and support the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while fostering a positive team environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant service role is essential.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food production techniques, and bartending skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry.
