Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit an exceptional person to join the team as our Restaurant Supervisor at our Badgers Barn at Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.
Reporting directly to the F&B Manager / Park Manager, alongside your team you will ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant/bars, ensuring that we have the correct level of stock, and are appropriately staffed to deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a seasonal, full-time role. Working in the leisure industry, the candidate will have to have a flexible approach to work and be prepared to regularly work weekends and throughout the peak holiday periods.

KEY DUTIES

  • Managing the restaurant/bar team performance
  • Ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Training restaurant/bar team members to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Effective implementation of processes and procedures
  • Ensuring customer service is at a high standard at all times
  • Liaising with the General Manager regarding compliance, unit performance and opportunities
