Bar Sophia is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor / Senior Section Waiter to join our team.

Bar Sophia is a contemporary Greek restaurant and wine bar, with a Greek kitchen built around wood-fire cooking. We focus heavily on Greek wine, offering an extensive list that also explores Europe and beyond, alongside a strong cocktail program.

We’re a busy venue and we’re after someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, knows how to run a good service and likes being part of the action.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor, working closely with the team, looking after our guests and making sure the venue runs smoothly from open to close.

What you’ll be doing

•  Run your own section to a high standard while supporting the wider floor team  
• Making sure guests feel welcome and well looked after
• Managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Overseeing bookings and service flow
•  Assist with opening and closing procedures  
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations
•  Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
