About the role

Justin Lane is one of the Gold Coast's most iconic venues — a rooftop bar and restaurant in the heart of Burleigh Heads, known for great food, great drinks, and a team that actually loves coming to work. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our floor leadership team and help us deliver the experience our guests keep coming back for.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
• Maintaining service standards across the floor, bar, and rooftop
• Opening and closing the venue
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues on the spot
• Supporting the venue manager with rostering, training, and daily ops
• Keeping the team energised and the floor running smooth — even on the big nights

About you

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
• Strong floor presence and genuine hospitality instincts
• Cool under pressure — you've worked a busy service on a Saturday night and loved it
• RSA certified
• Someone who leads by example, not just by title
