OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support our Restaurant Manager with daily tasks while ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and high food quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, inventory, and scheduling.
• Food safety certification (preferred but not required).

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and decision-making.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
