Description JOB TITLE: Restaurant Supervisor JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a professional individual who wants to assist the Food and Beverage Outlet Managers and Assistants in daily operations. Our goal is to grow sales and build repeat guest through guest satisfaction and employee engagement. PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Manage day to day operations Managing operations such as; floor plans, sequence of service, budgets Scheduling keep payroll in line and working within a budget Placing orders and maintaining stock Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees by greeting them with a smile and positive attitude while responding quickly and efficiently to their requests. Availability: · Must be available weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Qualifications: · Management experience required · Restaurant experience required · Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently · Must be able to work in a team · Perform duties quickly and efficiently · Must be able to stand entire shift · Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking. Prior Experience: Knowledge of food handling, supervisory experience, and customer service. Responsible For: Keys, cash handing and inventory. Hazards Encountered: Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.
