FULL-TIME AFTER 12 WEEKS | PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB

Lighthouse Social is a vibrant new private members club at Fulham Pier – a stylish, modern space bringing people together over exceptional food, drinks, and hospitality. We’re now looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth, warm, and professional service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by example during service, managing floor operations and supporting staff
  • Deliver a premium yet relaxed guest experience in a members-only environment
  • Support with opening and closing duties, team briefings, and daily coordination
  • Collaborate with management on training, standards, and shift planning
  • Champion a culture of respect, energy, and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisor or senior FOH role in a premium hospitality venue
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a service-led setting
  • Natural leadership skills with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality
  • Calm under pressure and always solution-focused
