Description

Sorsi e Morsi in St Kilda is now a hiring full time floor supervisor. We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting a team, and helping a venue run smoothly day-to-day.

Requirements for this role:

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Full time hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Provide menu guidance, including ingredient and dietary information
  • Take orders and prepare beverages to recipe standards
  • Supervise and support FOH staff, including training and performance management
  • Set up and close the venue to standard
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Coordinate reservations and customer communication
  • Monitor and assist with rosters and daily operations
  • Handle payments (cash and card) accurately
  • Report maintenance or equipment issues and assist with follow-ups
  • Ensure food safety and workplace health & safety standards are upheld
  • Help manage beverage stock, rotation, and ordering
  • Promote our services when appropriate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
