Stanwell House Hotel, a beautifully restored boutique hotel in the heart of Lymington, is seeking a confident and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team. ABOUT THE ROLE

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in delivering warm, professional service and ensuring smooth daily operations in our dining areas. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and support the restaurant team during service
• Ensure a consistently high level of guest experience
• Assist in training, motivating, and mentoring junior staff
• Handle reservations, floor planning, and service coordination
• Manage customer feedback in a professional and positive manner
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and service standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
