QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High school diploma or higher; degree in Hospitality/Business an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant or F&B supervision, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong team leadership and staff management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service standards, leading the team, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in one Sushi Station outlet. The role combines hands-on supervision with staff training, inventory management, and guest relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, maintaining efficiency and exceptional service.
  • Organize shift schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure proper staffing coverage.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and hygiene protocols.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and safety to uphold company standards and health codes.
  • Maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and manage supply orders.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally, drive positive guest experiences, and act on feedback for improvement.
  • Supervise cash handling, bill settlements, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare daily outlet reports for management.
