JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, food and labour costs. and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Mediterranean restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision.
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Previous experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff is advantageous.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
