OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Server to help lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service, and team leadership. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. This is a Lead Server position, regular serving and bartending shifts required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong background in serving & bartentending.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with effective team management skills.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Serving It Right regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
