Known for our commitment to quality and community, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or food & beverage (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP certification an advantage)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the pub, ensuring high standards of service, hospitality, and team performance. You’ll support management, lead shifts, and be a point of contact for both guests and staff, helping deliver a memorable experience for every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations during shifts
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to provide exceptional customer service
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and licensing regulations
• Support inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Report directly to the General Manager and assist with administrative tasks as needed
