The Restaurant Supervisor at Cuvée Bistro plays a critical role in delivering a refined, approachable coastal dining experience aligned with Relais & Châteaux and Forbes service standards. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership position responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team execution. This role requires an individual who leads by example, maintains a strong presence on the floor, and supports both front- and back-of-house teams in delivering consistent, high-level hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Service Execution Lead daily service with a constant presence on the floor Ensure all guests are greeted, engaged, and recognized in a timely and professional manner Monitor pacing, table maintenance, and overall service flow Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Reinforce service standards, appearance, and professionalism Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of team members Hold team members accountable for attendance, punctuality, and performance Operational Execution Oversee opening and closing procedures Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage throughout service Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain communication and execution standards Support POS (Toast) operations, including troubleshooting and accuracy Financial & Performance Awareness Support initiatives to drive revenue, including wine and beverage sales Monitor check averages and encourage upselling through proper service techniques Maintain awareness of labor productivity and efficiency Standards & Compliance Ensure adherence to Noble House, Forbes, and Relais & Châteaux service standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all areas Support compliance with Massachusetts labor laws and company policies Requirements You own this if you have… 2–4 years of experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role Experience in upscale, boutique hotel or fine dining environments preferred Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays We’ve got you covered… At The Chatham Inn, we are proud to offer our team members the best perks and benefits.
