Restaurant Supervisor - The Front Door

Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career? The Front Door Bar, one of Galway City’s most iconic and vibrant venues, is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

The Role

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance management.
• Monitor floor operations, including cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

The Candidate

• Proven quality experience in a reputable F&B establishment in a similar role.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a consistently enthusiastic and professional team player with a can-do attitude.
• Organised & positive personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
