Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily club operations and ensure exceptional experiences for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will lead by example, manage front-of-house staff, and maintain the highest standards of service, hospitality, and operational excellence befitting our exclusive club environment.

MEMBER & GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Monitor service quality and member satisfaction throughout each shift
  • Handle member concerns and resolve issues promptly with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure adherence to club service standards and hospitality protocols
  • Assist with member and guest reception, seating coordination, and special arrangements
  • Maintain visual presence throughout club facilities to anticipate member needs
  • Uphold club dress code and behavioral standards for all members and guests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or private club environment
  • Demonstrated experience in food and beverage event ideation and execution
  • Background in menu curation and development
  • Strong knowledge of current hospitality trends and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with emphasis on discretion and professionalism
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic club management technology
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification or willingness to obtain within 14 days of hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field
  • Experience with staff scheduling software
  • Previous fine dining or high-volume service experience
  • Private club or luxury hospitality background
  • Wine knowledge and beverage program experience
  • Experience managing multiple operational aspects in smaller restaurant environments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity for handling equipment and supplies
