We are looking for a full time Restaurant & Bar Supervisor. We are a busy hotel in central Melrose and are looking for the right person to join our team.
The main roles for the job are
- Serving drinks
- Serving food
- Ensuring the bar and front of house is kept tidy and presentable
- Making sure all our customers are happy
- Supervising & supporting our front of house team during service
- Overseeing restaurant, bar & event services
- Supporting the Management team with daily operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skill
