JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an established catering business running 4 busy year round cafes and 3 kiosks, across the Arun area, which include:

• The Lobster Pot on Felpham sea front
• The Hotham Park Café in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis
• The Harbour Lights Café on the river bank in Littlehampton
• The London Road Coffee Shop in Bognor Regis High Street
• Concessions on Goodwood Golf Courses

We are looking for candidates that enjoy working in the hospitality industry to join our busy cafe as a full-time Shift Supervisor at The Lobster Pot, Felpham.

This position is for someone with previous experience, who is able to work as part of a small team in a busy café/restaurant environment.

• Serving customers
• Using till and cash handling
• Making barista coffees and serving hot and cold drinks
• Day to day running and cleaning of restaurant
• Stock ordering
• End of day cashing up
• Assisting the Manager with day to day running and staffing
