The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor to join our team, working across both venues. You’ll play a key role in supporting the management team, leading shifts, and ensuring high standards of service. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the businesses, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Lead shifts and supervise front-of-house teams at The Mill & Il Mulino
  • Manage and motivate the team during service, ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Support with staff training and development
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Assist with stock control, cash handling, and daily reports
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Confidently deal with customer queries and resolve any issues
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality (supervisor/shift leader role desirable)
  • Able to confidently open/close the venues and take responsibility for shifts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to working across two venues
  • Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Reliable, organised, and hands-on

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
