We are currently looking for an experienced and hands on Restaurant Supervisor to support the day to day running of our FOH team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and ready to step into a leadership role within a friendly, professional environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality or restaurant supervision: 1 year (preferred)

· Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
· Lead and support the FOH team during service, providing training, motivation, and clear direction
· Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling queries and resolving any service issues with professionalism
· Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality across the restaurant and public areas
· Assist with rotas, stock control, and ordering in collaboration with the management team
· Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to coordinate service and maintain a seamless guest experience
